Christina Papafrangou
Christina Papafrangou was born in Thessaloniki and grew up in Serres.
He is a graduate of the School of Philosophy of AUTh, Department of French Language and Literature. He studied photography at the School of Photography "FOCUS" in Athens and is a member of the Photographic Center of Thessaloniki since 1999.
He attended many photography seminars organized by the General Secretariat for Adult Education, as well as photography workshops in Greece and France.
He taught photography in the photography departments of NELE Serres from 1996 to 2016 and at KEE Serres from 2003. He has also taught photography at the Public I.E.K. Serres and the 3rd High School of Serres. He has made several solo exhibitions and has participated in many group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. He has also been distinguished in many photo competitions.
She has published a photo album with photos of her from Lake Kerkini, while in June 2006 the photo album was published with her own supervision.Views on the border of nature " which contains photos from all the villages of the Municipality of Kerkini, taken by her and the students of the local photography team.
He has also undertaken the photography from the shooting and the village built by Theodoros Angelopoulos for the film "The weeping meadow".
In 2017 she creates Studio 256 and 2022 decides to make her selected works available for sale from her online store.
